I was born and raised in the Quad Cities, and have a vast knowledge of the market and area. I graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. My time in college was spent preparing to operate a successful real estate business. In order to do so I spent my college career emphasizing on marketing, finance, economics, and computer sciences. I have a background in property management, customer service, and consumer credit reporting. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors.

I guarantee to provide all of my clients with superior service by making the buying and selling process an enjoyable one. I ensure this by maintaining a fast response time, staying up to date on marketing, being a part of innovative technologies, fully communicating with all parties involved, and going the extra step to complete tasks for my clients to lessen their workload.
I start by helping with the preapproval process, and then we move on to finding their dream home. Once we find the right home I assist them through the inspections process to any help they may need with lender requirements.
I start by listening to what a seller wants and needs with the sale of their home. I then perform my due diligence by working up a full market analysis to help determine what the market is doing based on price, and movability. I believe in using the power of staging to help show a home in its best light. This allows a greater chance of capturing a buyer right away. Once the home is staged I use a DSLR camera to capture quality photos and obtain a greater number of showings. I then market the home in a number of ways including; open houses, agent tours, internet presence, mailers, fliers, and a guided tour. I make sure the offer and pending goes as smooth as possible so that we can get to closing fast.
I work with both experienced investors and those trying to learn the real estate market, and need guidance on becoming an investor. For new investors I am willing to provide my experience in property management by pointing them to the tools to owning profitable rentals, and my market experience to help choose a good flip. I strive to stay up to speed on the ever changing inventory of, REO, HUD, Foreclosure, and auction properties, and continuously look for ideal multifamily properties.
